I applied in-person. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at ROI Revolution (Orlando, FL) in Nov 2016
Interview
There were five stages:
1. A simple 3 question quiz that let them know you were competent in coding
2. A phone interview which was a simple questionnaire that helped the interviewer get to know the interviewee better
3. A ~1.5 hour quiz with puzzle/mind-bending questions that were essentially impossible to complete in the time allotted, but the quiz was generally to understand how you would react to stress.
4. An elaboration of the 2nd part but online face to face with the lead software developer that you would be working under
5. A technical portion that asked simple enough questions to help them understand that you did know how to code.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ROI Revolution (Raleigh, NC) in Dec 2022
Interview
An overall wonderful interview process with clear communication throughout! By far the best process I've had thus far Phone screen, virtual interview with team lead, onsite visit, technical interview, and an offer.
