I applied prior to the holiday season, so understandably I did not receive a response for a few weeks. I was then contacted by a Recruiter and had an initial phone interview, in which I was invited to a second phone interview the next day, this time with the HR Manager. This second interview took place the next day after that, and I was invited in for a face-to-face interview on the spot, which took place 3 days later. During the face-to-face third interview, I first received an office tour from the Recruiter. I then had an interview with a panel of the Recruiter and HR Manager, followed by an opportunity to get a snack, meet my potential coworkers, and ask questions in a more informal setting. I then had the opportunity to meet the HR Director and ask any final questions I may have had.
Overall I had an extremely positive experience during my interview process. I felt that there was a balance of professionalism and personal care that you don't see many places. I look forward to getting started with them!
