Interview
I first applied online for the job and within the next few hours I received an email for a quick 15 minute phone interview the next day. After the phone interview I was asked to take an assessment exam on 5 different topics at the company office at a specific time and date.

Interview
The interview process was long and thorough. However, this truly showed the company's dedication to picking the best candidate for the job. The first round of the interview process was a 30 minute phone interview with basic behavioral questions trying to get to know the candidate. The second round was a personality test, IQ test, and typing test. Once scores were deemed to be adequate, I was called back for the third round - an in-person interview with HR representatives and the hiring manager. During this round I was given a tour of the office and got to meet potential colleagues and ask them questions. The CEO, Timothy Seward, also took a few minutes to talk to me about my interests and qualifications. After this, I was called back in and was given an offer. The entire process (from phone interview to offer) took about a month.

Question 1
In what type of environment do you thrive the most?
I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at ROI Revolution (Raleigh, NC) in Dec 2015
Interview
The first phone interview is very calm and conversational, almost casual. Asked the usual basket of questions, talk about a time when you had to work with others to accomplish a goal, ect. The office tour and in person interview was comprehensive. I was required to take a written aptitude assessment as well as grammatical skills assessment.Do be aware that this testing takes about 3 hours in total.
