There were three people in the interview. Two from my department and one from another. The person from the other department did not ask any questions, all she did was complain about her job and how this job needed to help her.

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at RREMC Restaurants (Richmond, VA) in Oct 2013

Interview

I was interviewed briefly by the store manager. Since I had experience I was put on day shift because it is one of the busiest times. Manager was very nice and interview was very brief because working as a server at a Dennys restaurant is pretty mindless.
