    Difficult Interview

    Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at RSP (New Delhi (India)) in January 2015.

    Interview

It was intense, went for an hour. They review the entire portfolio, is interesting as their Bangalore based directors take the interview. Seems to be like thesis jury. They gave me new concept ideas and I felt I could really incorporate them in my design to make them better.

    Negotiation

There was absolutely no chance for negotiation. they offered a certain amount and there was absolutely no debate. They take it for granted that they are a big firm and you need them more than they do so there is absolutely no negotiation.

    Application

I applied online. The process took a week. I interviewed at RSP.

    Interview

I was asked to fill out a personal information form prior to the interview, which took about 20 minutes. The interview itself didn't take too long for me, it was more like having a conversation, asking questions, answering questions, and explaining my portfolio. The interviewer was friendly and made the environment more comfortable to be in. The firm will actually call you to schedule in an interview and will call again to let you know if you have gotten the offer. Overall this has been one of the best interviewing process I've been through.
