    I have been working at RSP full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Easy to make a difference in a high-need school. Decent food, minimal interference from Adminosphere.

    Cons

    Little/no discipline for students. Lower pay than average for area. Endless meetings that achieve very little. Reactionary approach to operating school.

    Pros

    Team environment, fun, good location, great benefits, the compliance committee communicated throughout the teams; multiple clinic sites; paid for skills improvement classes (ACCESS, leadership, etc)

    Cons

    The merger and acquisition took a toll on the teams so more communication should have been more open; many layoffs

    Advice to Management

    Provide more opportunity for growth; more communication among teams; less constant change would create less "fearful" environment; and open the door to college interns

     Develop Conceptual drawings and designs according to various requirements; technical specifications, MEP provisions, building bye-laws, safety norms etc

    Pros

    Good, interesting international and local projects and if you stay long enough you can build great work portfolio and professional experience

    Cons

    Long working hours and no respect for personal life. Very hierarchical & not collaborative work environment. No incentives and hard to grow within the company.

    Advice to Management

    Appreciate their employees & provide possibilities to grow in the company.

    Gives you more exposure to new technologies and cosntruction properties for widening our knowledge.

    Cons

    bad management keep working on the same position for years with juniors joining on the same position as you

    Advice to Management

    Please focus on hiring some good director level employess who inspire juniors to work hard they instead are not motivating at all.
