I was invited to the Raytheon University Programs Hiring event in Boston. It was pretty fun and it let you meet several people in the company. The first thing is breakfast and also information on relocation. Then after that, there was a tour of the Andover facility. Then the last part of the first day was a networking event. Dress nicely and get ready to talk to as many people as you can. You can pick up more interviews than you originally had. I came in with two interviews and ended up with four afterward. It helps to talk to your interviewers beforehand to get comfortable with them. Pretty much all my interviewers said that they were looking for people they can work with and they're already certain you can do the job/learn on the job based on your resume.
The next morning is all interviews. Not sure if it was the norm, but I did not get any technical questions from any of the interviewers. It was more of why are you studying what you study, why this company, and then some of the usual STAR interview questions. Name a time where you had a conflict at work, what to do if you see your boss mess up, etc.
