I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at RTX (Stansted, England) in Dec 2019
Interview
Initial phone screening with HR followed by a telephone interview with technical lead involving several competency based questions and a few technical questions.
Final stage was an assessment centre which consisted of listening to a presentation about Raytheon, two team-based activities, giving a presentation on a given topic with 30 minutes to prepare, and a final face-to-face interview with members of the software team. There was also a presentation given by someone who recently joined the graduate program, about his experience so far.
Although the assessment day was quite long, it was overall a rather enjoyable experience and the tasks given were straight to the point so did not feel too arduous to complete. Seemed like a good way to assess everyone's ability and approaches to both problem-solving and business scenarios.

Question 1
You’ve got someone working for you for seven days and a gold bar to pay him. The gold bar is segmented into seven connected pieces. You must give them a piece of gold at the end of every day. What and where are the fewest number of cuts to the bar of gold that will allow you to pay him 1/7th each day?
