Easy interview process. I just applied online and got an interview almost right away! During the interview which was 2:1, the managers seem super friendly and receptive. Don't be fooled. In the end, they went back on their word regarding autonomy, creativity and hours. I'm giving the interview process a thumb's down because they were completely disingenuous during the interview process.
