RVM Enterprises interview questions

For starters it was very difficult to work out a time to schedule an in person interview, it seemed as if the team or COO was not trying to be generous about my time. Secondly I got to the site interview and HR was really nice but the COO was terrible he was on his phone through the interview as I was talking to him and he continued to cut me off which is very rude. The interview was very quick which I don't feel is a good thing because I didn't get to know much about the company or vice versa. Waste of time for me basically because I accommodated my schedule just to come in to interview with them and they were very rude. The comments are very much true up here on glassdoor.

The interview with the team was great until I had to meet with the manager of the department. I felt like I was put on a spot in her own professional way. She is one tough cookie to crack but the fact that she tells you how it is and how she thinks and feel you may not be qualified and pick on you on little things like your lack of skills and how you need to research to learn what the job entitles etc. Never in my life have I ever felt intimidated and very uncomfortable in that interview. It is not the way you present yourself. The reviews explain it all. I wouldn't recommend going forward if they offer you a role. There is definitely no culture there
