RW Anderson Homes interview questions

Very thorough, even brought to different jobsites. Thoughtful management that is responsive to feedback. engaging, and professional. Some construction companies are slow in the hire, this was fast. Only downside is I feel like it is in a startup mode and there are massive changes happening and its difficult to keep track of. Opportunity to grow, but be ready for constant changes in operating procedures.
