Radley Acura interview questions

I had an appointment with the GSM who wasn't there when I get there on time. I waited for about half an hour. GM actually approached to me and invited me to an office to interview. He spent about an hour with me and seemed very interested in hiring me. He told me that he is going to get back tome with a pay plan within next a few days. After the GM, GSM came in interview with me for about half and hour. I sent thank you email to both. No response whatsoever and never heard anything from them again.
