Rail Delivery Group interview questions

I had a one-hour interview with the team, and while it was insightful, I sensed they may not have had much recent exposure to vitual payment industry trends outside the organization. They clearly have deep experience and knowledge of their current systems, but perhaps a bit more focus on external innovations could enhance their perspective.

Three rounds of interviews. First round was online, second round involved a presentation, third round was in-person with the head of policy. Overall standard interview questions. Each decision took around a week.
