Repetitive, multiple phone interviews, no follow up.
Constantly asked the same questions by each recruiter and no one had notes of the last one.
Questions are experience based, not difficult, some situational, but always the same questions over and over.

Applied internally, recruiter very professional, careful process, typically three interviews but mine was only 2 (hiring manager and area vp) then regional vp. Interview was relaxed, felt more like a conversation, professional but very relaxed.
Very Smooth and Relaxed. Made me feel very comfortable and welcomed. They use hire-view which also allowed me to show my personality. The questions where explained very detailed and thoroughly.
