Interview
The process really depends on the volume of headcounts. If they require a lot, they may conduct an assessment center. Otherwise, it will be directly with your reporting line then the Director.

Question 1
First: Select your favourite image of either diverse culture, sports car etc and why? (mainly to see what kind of person you are)
Second: Review CV to see which one is the best. *no right or wrong answer, just want to see your judgement on candidates.
Third: Group discussion to solve a puzzle. Just to see your ability in working with a group.
Fourth: Group discussion on a situation. *Also to see how you work in a group. No right or wrong answer.

Interview
You need to attend an assessment prior to the interview. The assessment is to test your communication skills and how you work in a team of 3 or more. Once you're done, they will select the successful candidates for the final interview. It will be a one on one interview with a member of the management team.

Initially, I received an invite to complete a virtual interview which comprised of 10 questions. My responses were video recorded with no opportunity to re-record. You only get one shot! Treat this like a face to face interview. Professional dress and neat appearance. If selected, you will be called for a phone interview with a recruiter and then the actual team manager.
