Interview
It was a long process. There were 3 stages. The recruiter was great and kept me updated throughout the process. The recruiter gave great advice as to what I needed to research, what presentations i needed to prepare and would check through it before the interview. Although it was a long process, it was all worth it in the end.

Interview
In person interview, questions were related to randstads values, their services, past internship experiences, experiences in marketing, where I see my job in the next 5 years, interest in event management e.t.c.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 5 months. I interviewed at Randstad (Mumbai)
Interview
Since it was for Johnson and Johnson, 2 rounds of Interview were conducted by J&J only. 1st round was conducted by franchise manager and 2nd interview was conducted by franchise head. It was difficult though but I managed to answer his all questions.
