Interview
First a phone interview, asking about why interested in the role, personal introduction, then meeting in person and have the typical get to know each other interview, after that I did two tests, one matrigma and a personality test. After that another interview with two managers.
3 step process. Two online and one face to face. Director, team lead and manager also brought on a walk of the floor to meet the team. Great environment and very welcoming
smooth and structured, there were 3 rounds in total and a psychometric test. the managers really spent time getting to know me and my professional aspiration, and explained the business model and the culture very thoroughly.
an initial screening call to assess the basic qualifications, communication skills, and job preferences. the candidate’s experience, skills, career goals, and suitability for potential roles are thoroughly evaluated. may also conduct assessments or reference checks
