Interview
I was called and had a telephone interview. I was due to be called on a Friday and received the call on a Monday. First of all they were late on the interview by 3 days. I was offered a face to face interview which I went a long to. Fairly standard interview (which I thought went well). I was told I would get a call next week regarding how I did. It's been almost 3 weeks and I still a haven't herd back from them despite myself calling them and asking for feedback. So very poor company for communication and this company relies heavily on communication.

There will be physical interviews with different managers to get a better understanding of yourself. once you’ve passed those, last interview will be with the country director to see if you’re a good fit with the culture

Was a very quick interview to see my understanding of the role and how I could apply myself and why I wanted the role. Also wanted to gauge how I would fit into the culture
easy process, 3 stages typically.
nice people, good questions, happy to answer any questions had as well. good to know about company in good detail. good environment in office too.
