Phone screening and personal interview. After that I have to fill several forms and do an english test.
The problem was that they showed desorganization. Ater I filled the forms, I had several other people calling me to schedule new first interviews without noticing I've already been through one.

Se eu conseguiria conduzir um volume de mais de 30 vagas de TI por mês, o que achei bem estranho.
There were 3 phone interviews with 3 different people from the department I was being interviewed for-- met with the Sr. Recruiter for a pre-screen, then a Recruiting Director, and Area Recruiting Manager. All happened within 4 days of the week- they don't waste time!
