Very king interview process took over 3 months the interviewed and did not give feedback for almost a month and a half. Finally after giving feedback had to go back in because it had been so long.

3 round interview. 2 with upper management and 1 with direct manager. Last interview is shadowing for a few hours . Overally east interview. They ask about sales experience and working with people

Interview
The process was 4 interviews over a 2 week period. The first was an hour long phone screen with your direct manager to be. The second was an hour long video call with that same manager. The third was an hour long video conference with a VP overseeing our office. The fourth and final was an in person "shadow" of other staffing managers to get a feel for the position and how you fit in the office culture.
