This a staffing agency. The branch In Lawrenceville specialises in warehouses and other industrial companies. At first it's all paperwork: questions about your health, past experiences, etc. Then you watch a safety video witch goes for about 30 min. As long you can perform the job you are interested in, there's no competition.

Interview
Apply online through seek then an Initial phone call from a representative followed by teams interview, mine was a group interview then had a one on one during this teams meeting.
I found that it was easy to apply and the interviewer was a pleasant and professional individual. I found the experience to be relaxed and enjoyable. Working with the company ended up being a positive experience.
