Applied through Indeed. Got a first screening interview, then a 2nd "technical" phone interview by the person who admitted that he wasn't very technical. Then I was asked to come to their headquarters and interviewed with 4 people at once. Was thrown some math questions to do on the spot which I struggled with as I need time to concentrate and I was not expected to do math on the spot while everyone looked on, within a few minutes. Then they gave me a tour of the office and were really proud of their gaming rooms and arcade machines (which tells me they expect you to be at work a lot, so forget life/work balance). Anyway, the worst part is that I got ghosted after that. No email, no phone call. I tried emailing the person couple of times that initially reach out to me to no avail. The company is everything that's wrong with the hiring practices in modern America. They expect a lot, but can not be bothered about emailing you back about a decision. Very unprofessional way of conducting business and tells you a lot about the company that you may have to work for.
