I applied online. I interviewed at Raspberry Pi Foundation in Jun 2026
Interview
The Foundation was very straightforward with their process, breaking it down into an initial phone screen to make sure views are aligned, then a first stage with a short technical task, and final stage with a more involved task. They were very responsive throughout if I had any questions about the process or the tasks, and were also very responsive to any questions I had for them during the interview. All in all the process took about three weeks, from screening to final decision.

Question 1
What would you consider a bad day at work, and what would you do to avoid that happening?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Raspberry Pi Foundation (Cambridge, England) in Nov 2025
Interview
3-stage interview:
1. 30-minute initial call
2. Portfolio case study and assigned design task presentation
3. Q&A with the team
The whole process was very well organised. Expectations were clearly set by a hiring manager. Overall, very pleasant experience.
At the end, they have provided very thorough feedback.

Interview
The process was an initial call, followed by a take-home task and then an in-person interview. Overall, a fairly reasonable interview process, however the feedback loop is poor, and the way the interview was delivered isn't conducive to structured conversation about challenges and solutions the role can solve. However, the biggest question mark is rejecting a candidate with little feedback after 3 stages - This is doesn't provide a strong candidate experience.
