Another detail not mentioned in the advertisement was that the position requires hiring under a VAT registration and is commission-based. Why aren’t you transparent and communicate this in the job posting? Additionally, something upset me was that the HR could not provide a comprehensive description of what the hired person would be doing or how the job would be performed she aswered me to ask to the manager for more details in the next interview.

Nice HR screening interview and at the end i was told i was through the second round. They went silent for a while and only when I chased them after 2 weeks they got back saying i wasn't through. Perhaps a bit of respect for applicants ?
