I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Rausch Coleman Homes (San Antonio, TX) in Jan 2021
Interview
Interviewed initially with 2 construction area managers who were both professional and helpful in explaining all aspects of the job. Within one week I had two more separate interviews with the VP of Operations and then the President. Very smooth and streamlined process
