Thanks for the response. The thing I Love about America is we get to have our own perspective and opinion. Working with and inside a Walmart/Sam's in your opinion is a negative But for a lot of people living in NW Arkansas its a way of life. A lot of vendors would do anything to have their products represented by the #1 Forbes company... And to be inside, interacting with their customers and members is a whole other level that most can only dream about... Me, I feel its a PRIVILEGE to be a vendor partner of Forbes #1 rated company. Working for WM and now being a vendor partner has allowed me to provide for my family and all we can offer at Razor Management is our employees that same opportunity! But each person has to decide what perspective best fits them individually....
As for the "Sports Minded" position, well its not a position its a state of mind... IT's more of a competitive, push to do better, don't settle for average, goal/results oriented, driven, team work type of mind set... Many different personalities can by successful in our environment but having a "passion" for marketing a product in a way that make "sense" to the consumer matched with that drive to be successful is what separates that top 20%.
Sorry it took so long to respond
