Congratulations to Taylor Bozich on being selected for Razor Managements Group Employee Spotlight of the Month!
Taylor moved to St Louis to finish high school and graduated from Missouri State University this summer with a Public Relations degree and minor in General Business. Taylor interviewed for the position with Razor Management in late April and we were thrilled to have her on our team upon her graduation.
Taylor grew up at the lake of the Ozarks so naturally a lot of her interests include being outside or being in the water which drew her to the area. Taylor relates “ I was captivated by Razor’s culture which aligned with mine. I felt like this was a company that I could grow with. I was so excited to start and see what I would become. As I move forward I have been blessed with so many opportunities to truly experience growth and movement in the company. My goals now are to make the HI division in Sam’s a huge success. I hope to begin building people and creating teams that will carry and grow that success.!”

After just a few short weeks Cole has become an instrumental part of the Razor Management team. Bringing his leadership skills from his time serving in the Military, Cole has already moved into a management role helping launch the Connections Department within our retail vendor partner.
Moving effortlessly from one role to another Cole exceeds expectations daily. We are tremendously proud to have Cole as part of our organization and look forward to watching his continued growth.

Our company seeks candidates with entrepreneurial spirit who are excited to start with our company at the entry level and grow into an upper level management position. Over the course of the last year we have expanded out client portfolio and grown into new divisions and locations. Our goal is for select candidates to complete our training program and ultimately oversee new programs, markets, and locations.
I have been working at Razor Management Group full-time (Less than a year)
Not many companies give you the opportunity Razor Management does. When they talk about a nonexistent glass ceiling, they aren't wrong. I have been working at Razor for about 5 months now and it's been a blast. The team there really gives you the tools to grow and it's up to you if you want to use them. That's what I like. You aren't forced to do anything and you learn a lot of valuable skills.
This is a marketing/selling type of job so it isn't for the faint of heart. Prepare to do a lot of work, but when you do, the rewards are great. Use the tools and you will do awesome!!
There aren't really cons to this job, but it is face to face selling/marketing in Sam's Club.
Advice to Management
Keep up the good work! I know there are a lot of changes going on and you guys are handling it great! The only thing I would recommend is that communication needs to be stronger across the board. Everyone needs to be on the same page. Other than that, its great!
