    Interview Questions

    • I was asked a few generic interview questions told to hold the chat for 10-15 min while she sent our conversation to her manager. She came back telling me I was hired and proceeded to ask if I wanted my check direct deposited or paper form. I was told they would send me a check for a laptop with their software installed.   1 Answer

    Interview

They wanted to do a google hangout and I was instructed to just call them within a two day period between 8am and 8pm, which I thought was kind of weird. Then when I called via google hangout, it wasn't answered and the interviewer just responded via google chat instead and immediately asked me my age, sex, and location, which I found to be a big red flag. They're not allowed to ask candidates their age or sex. It felt very sketchy so I called it off.

I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Razorfish Health (New York, NY) in February 2016.

    Interview

HR called to discuss a potential opportunity. As I was actively interviewing, the process moved very quickly. First I had a phone interview with HR, then met with the entire team and they made me an offer a day or two later. It was pretty seamless and clear that the fit was good on both ends.

    Interview

A few phone screens, and one long day of interviews with various dept. heads. It was actually good to meet all these people to see if I liked them, if they were smart, and if wanted to work with them. Also to feel the vibe, see how tense or relaxed everybody was,

    Project Manager Interview

Anonymous Interview Candidate in Seattle, WA
    No Offer
    Neutral Experience
    Easy Interview

    Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Razorfish Health (Seattle, WA) in February 2011.

    Interview

Initial phone screen interview with hiring manager, then onsite interviews with hiring manager and other stakeholders. Overall, seems like a nice group of people, but not necessarily the most experienced managers. Have grown up in the dotcom/startup world of no formal process and discipline and not sure they want to go down that path. Got the impression they really didn't know what they wanted in the candidate they were interviewing for.
