Applied online and received an invitation for a 15-minute phone screening. The HR representative was very nice and welcoming. We mainly discussed my background, career motivations, and a few basic behavioural questions regarding teamwork. Overall, it was a smooth, friendly, and efficient initial conversation. Still waiting for the next steps.
