Real Hires interviews FAQs
Glassdoor users rated their interview experience at Real Hires as 100% positive with a difficulty rating score of 2 out of 5 (where 5 is the highest level of difficulty). Candidates interviewing for Intake Coordinator and rated their interviews as the hardest, whereas interviews for Intake Coordinator and roles were rated as the easiest.
I have been contacted multiple times by a recruiter named Aaron regarding supposedly open positions. Each time, I’m asked to fill out a form or provide the same information again. After submitting everything they request, communication simply stops and there is no follow-up, feedback, or update about the role.
This pattern has happened more than once. The same or very similar job postings also appear repeatedly, which makes the process feel confusing and poorly managed. Candidates are asked to invest time filling out forms and sharing information, yet there is no transparency about what happens afterward.
While I understand that hiring priorities can change, repeatedly contacting candidates to complete forms and then disappearing without any communication is frustrating and unprofessional. A simple update, rejection message, or clarification about the status of the role would show basic respect for candidates’ time.
Overall, the experience left a very negative impression of the company’s recruitment process and communication standards.

The interview process was well organised and the team at real hires are really friendly and knowledgeable. They were also patient during the process as I was on holiday. I recommend!
