Company management was considerably late to the meeting. They low-balled my offer and never offered paperwork to sign. The questions were not related to technical capabilities. At the time, Real Media was struggling to adapt to modern hardware and software.

Interview
After hearing about the position and scheduling a time to go to the office for an interview, I went and it was a very relaxed and informal sit-down conversation. Because the founder is all about helping people get experience in the field and shadowing a functioning company, I was not asked any technical questions. The employers asked for some examples of web/graphic/video work.
