Two long repetitive time consuming tech (fixing an old codebase running on a old tech stack without being clear what to fix + a data import with many queries doing many repetitive simple queries ) tests without the opportunity to show seniority, a pity as the initial chat with the CTO showed ability to hire well

Overall their hiring process experience was negative, I felt like they had no idea what they are hiring for, it was waste of the time. No feedback after final test. 1st round telephonic interview 2nd round Technical test 3rd round Interview with CTO 4th round Interview with new Head of IT 5th round Practical test again
