They have a very vague process. I felt they didn't actually need a candidate as even though I was referred to by an employee, they were so reluctant in contacting and giving weird reasons like being ill and all on the days of the interview and stuff. The second round included a Selenium exercise which was fairly simple. I answered all the questions but still didn't make through.
