This feels very disrespectful, considering the time and effort I invested.
When I asked about the average salary, they said it was too high for them.
Also, their Cibus/10Bis allowance is only 40 shekels per day, which is very low compared to others.

They shoot questions at you, stop you when they had enough and they think they understood.
Give you the feeling that they only wait to kick you out.

Interview
First call from the HR to hear about the job, the role, the company, and all the regular information. The second meeting was a face to face meeting with the team leader that described the role and the job and told him about myself, and asked me some technical questions. Next was a home assignment. The third meeting was face to face with the CTO - A personal meeting. They are wonderful people and it had a great vibes and it was a pleasure to meet them.
