Used Microsoft Teams it was easy to get on the interview. I liked the fact I can save gas while looking for a job and it felt like we were still in a interview in person. I was relaxed and the lady was really personable. Transparent about what they were looking for. Hoping I get the opportunity hearing about the culture and mission really got me excited then the youtube videos I was sent were the best. Overall one of the best interviews pandemic or not.

Interview
Had two interviews. First with direct supervisor. Second with direct supervisor and programming director. Had to be pretty well versed in symptoms, proper responses to schizophrenia and bi-polar disorder. Staff at Ohio City office was very friendly. Productivity requirement is difficult for any program other than Conditional Release Unit. In CRU, clients are court mandated to meet with you. Most other programs are voluntary for clients.
