I attended a simple interview where I completed an application form and then took a DISC personality assessment. The process was straightforward, organized, and focused on understanding my background and work style.
It was okay.. do some personal test. Everything is quite nice. About 1-2 hr of interview and the personal test.. interviewer is friendly and nice and really trying to know about me
