Recruitment Management Consultants interview questions

2 of the managers interviewed me. They were very nice and began with asking me to go over my resume and proceeded to ask me questions about it. They described it as more of a sales job which was not what I expected. overall they seemed great but I did not hear back from them.

Easy. Laid back. You'll be asked basic interview questions. They made the process awkward. At one point during the interview they would tell you what they expected and then later it would be a different story. You can tell that they make up answers on the spot. The person that is in control of relaying messages back and forth to the hiring managers seemed to not understand the process entirely. In several messages the hiring managers would have to contact me over again only because the message was not relayed properly. Either way, the whole process was very awkward and uncoordinated.
