Premier échange par téléphone, puis rendez-vous dans les locaux pour rencontrer le futur manager. L’entretien a porté sur mes expériences précédentes, ainsi que sur différentes situations terrain afin d’évaluer ma capacité d’adaptation et ma réactivité sur le terrain

Comment connais-tu la marque Red Bull, et quelle est ta connaissance de nos athlètes ou ambassadeurs ?
Started with a AI screen, followed by an interview with the hiring manager, followed by an interview with her manager. Overall great experience, definitely stress the values and come in with strategies of how you'll do the growth job specifically for your campus needs
Very abstract, there were quick fire video interview questions after the initial application which were ok. Then in the actual interview I was taken to a busy area with wasn't the most professional and it was a 1v1 situation competing against someone else for the job. They ask you to sell a can of red bull and explain their history. Free rebel at the end of the interview though.
