I applied online. I interviewed at Red Bull (Atlanta, GA) in Jun 2025
Interview
Hirevue, then recruiter call, then call with hiring manager and field marketing director. Very behavioral based, and focused on conversational ability rather than technical skills. Be prepared to answer questions about how you handle rejection, and potential ideas for unique ways to distribute Red Bull on your campus!
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Name a time you experienced rejection. How did you handle it?
Started with a AI screen, followed by an interview with the hiring manager, followed by an interview with her manager. Overall great experience, definitely stress the values and come in with strategies of how you'll do the growth job specifically for your campus needs
Very abstract, there were quick fire video interview questions after the initial application which were ok. Then in the actual interview I was taken to a busy area with wasn't the most professional and it was a 1v1 situation competing against someone else for the job. They ask you to sell a can of red bull and explain their history. Free rebel at the end of the interview though.
