Had to keep calling because they wont respond to emails, faxed resume. called several times after to make sure they received it, then was called in for interview (which they were not completely honest about job description) after that waited for a day to make there decision, then was offer a base salary. accepted offer then set a start date
I am a friend have applied for account managing positions. We both have many years of experience, but we never get an opportunity for an interview. You have to fill out an application online it uses an ATS system.

Interview
Pretty fast started with a email, then moved on to a video interview. Questions were actually role related as well as behavioural. The next stage would’ve been a presentation then an in person interview.

Interview
The first step was quick phone call with the office manager to see if you align with the company's needs and if you know what the job is.
Second interview is with the District Sales Manager you will be working with. The DSM will tell you about the role and what is expected of you.
