I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Red Card Systems (Saint Louis, MO) in October 2016.

    Interview

I applied via Indeed.com and Red Card contacted me shortly after. The interview process was fairly easy, it began with a short phone interview. Upon completion of the phone interview I was asked to come in for an on-site interview. The on-site interview was a fairly simple interview, no technical questions. After I completed the interview I was give a tour of their campus, which I found very impressive . In the end I didn't receive the job offer although I was very happy with my interview process with Red Card.

He was more nervous then I was. The intern didn't even bother to ask me my experience. I have around 7 year experience in IT industry. The questions are more entry level behavioral questions.
