Was invited to HR interview and was told of steps for next round. However was GHOSTED by HR despite numerous attempts to follow up via email. Highly unprofessional and looks badly on the company unfortunately.

I was contacted by HR and asked to complete an assignment as part of the next stage of the hiring process. It was a very time-consuming assignment, and I spent an entire week working on it. I was informed that it typically takes 2–3 weeks for them to get back to candidates, but it has now been more than TWO MONTHS.
Since then, I have received no response to my emails, office phone calls, or mobile messages. Being completely GHOSTED after investing such a significant amount of time and effort is highly unprofessional and inconsiderate, especially while I continue to see the position being reposted on LinkedIn.

Interview
Completed the HR screener, then an unpaid assignment (a report brief and slide deck), and finally a panel interview. There were some preconceived biases that did affect the interview process, particularly related to academia.
