Review of the Interview Process at Red Sift
The interview process at Red Sift was clear, well-structured, and well-communicated from the beginning. The interviewers were very welcoming, supportive, and open to answering any questions that came up along the way.
Although the process was fairly lengthy, it was evident that this was because the team wanted to make sure they fully understood each candidate and selected the right person for the role.
The stages included:
1. Initial discussion with the Hiring Outbound Manager – covering the role, the company, and my personal knowledge and experience.
2. Mock call and general questions – focusing on the position and product understanding.
3. Interview with the Marketing Manager – assessing cultural fit, personality, and overall suitability.
4. Final discussion with the French team – giving a broader perspective and final alignment.
Overall, I found the process to be professional, honest, and thoughtfully designed. I highly recommend Red Sift as they demonstrate both transparency and genuine care in their recruitment process.
