      Senior Manager Business Operations Interview

      Aug 22, 2022
      Anonymous employee
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6 months. I interviewed at Reddit in Feb 2021

      Interview

The recruiter had reached out via LinkedIn for an open role, I then was able to connect with them quickly to discuss, and had an interview with the hiring manager shortly after. Then I participated in a virtual "on-site", meeting with 5 or so team members, then again with the hiring manager for a more in-depth discussion on some prompt questions.

      Interview questions [2]

      Question 1

How do you balance conflicting priorities?
      Answer question

      Question 2

Tell me about a time where you encountered a large problem and what did you do to solve it?
