CV submission followed by invitation to a face to face interview. Interview was with 2 members of staff, the manager of the estimating function, and a present estimator. The interview took the format of an unguided discussion about past experience, what I would be doing and how that fitted my skills and future ambitions. Interviewers were friendly, honest and open to questions in return
