The interview process was 3 steps, including interviewing with HR, after that an interview with the manager you would be working under and finally with the region manager. I would say it’s a relatively simple yet effective interview process.

Interview
He just asked me questions about what I was doing in school and what interests me about the job. He was very friendly and nice. They like outgoing people who can build relationships with people.
Easy to talk to and made the first phone call feel like a conversation. Asked why sales and why would I want to work for the company sepcifically. We discussed the specifics of the job.
Amazing experience, I loved getting to speak with people I would be working with directly instead of being confined to the HR department. Gave me a very clear idea of what the company culture was going to be like!
