How many different companies should I have worked at by the time I'm 30? I love it at Regeneron but I'm scared that's it bad to have only one company on my resume
If you’re happy with your pay and work, company loyalty is a good thing on resumes, recruiters will see that you’re likely to stay and maybe be more likely to hire you. People only jobhop so much now bc companies don’t reward loyalty anymore and often the only way to make meaningful salary jumps is to leave
