There was a phone interview and skype interview first. Then the onsite interview was well conducted with the Principal, coworkers and parents. Although it lasted for the whole day, it is not a hard one. I met with parents from PTSA, delivered a demo lesson and had a good lunch with coworkers. Got contract right after onsite.
