Interview
The manager called in for a face to face interview at the plant location. He told me to detail my career growth. He enquired about any knowledge with the wire and cable industry. He then introduced to his colleagues and gave a short visit of the factory. He then talked with the owner and called me the next day for salary discussion.

The interview process was quite easy. The Process engineering manager showed me the facility and explained what they expect from me and then in their conference room the whole interview was conducted.
