Offering $6-12 hourly for a Chief of Staff is way under compared to the scope of the roles they sent you. I understand that these are US companies hiring in LATAM and the Philippines, but even then, it seems borderline exploitative.
I went into a Zoom interview where I waited for two hours before spending 5 minutes in the interview with the agency recruiter.
If you're in a big need for a job and will take anything, it's a good route to take, but I think there's value in not underselling your abilities. Also, they're all contractor roles, so it's something to keep in mind if you're looking for stability.
